Privacy

What Capida stores, why, and how you stay in control of it.

What we store

  • Your account: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Your business profile and the settings you choose, such as permissions.
  • Your conversations with Capida AI and the files you upload.
  • If you connect email: an encrypted access token, and the drafts and emails Capida prepares or sends for you, with who approved them.
  • A log of important actions, so you can always see what happened and who approved it.

How it is used

Your data is used only to provide Capida to you. Capida AI reads what it needs to answer your questions and to prepare actions for your approval. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How it is protected

  • Each business's data is kept apart by the database itself.
  • Email access tokens are encrypted and never shown in the browser.
  • Nothing is sent in your name without your approval.

Your choices

  • Delete conversations and files at any time.
  • Disconnect your email in Settings; Capida's access is removed straight away.
  • Ask us to delete your account and business data via the contact page.
