Using Capida

Capida helps you run your business with an AI assistant. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the actions you approve.

AI suggestions

Capida AI can make mistakes. Its answers and drafts are suggestions: check them before you rely on them, especially for financial, legal or tax matters. Capida does not replace professional advice.

Approvals

Actions that affect the outside world, such as sending an email, happen only after you approve them. You can change what needs approval in Settings, except that sending email always needs your approval.

Fair use

Don't use Capida for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to access other people's data. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
