How Capida's AI works

Capida uses artificial intelligence to help run your business. The AI can make mistakes. It may misunderstand information, miss important details, or state things that are not true.

You stay in charge. You are responsible for reviewing what the AI suggests or prepares, and for every action taken on your behalf, including actions you approve and actions you allow it to take on its own in your permission settings.

Capida does not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice. For those questions, consult a qualified professional.

Capida is provided as described in the Terms of Service, which limit Capida's liability as far as the law allows, including for the AI's output.

You can change what the AI is allowed to do at any time in Settings. Some actions, such as sending email, always need your approval.
